Nearby are the Almshouses which Sir Baptist Hicks also built in 1612 at a total cost of £1,000, to house 6 poor men and 6 poor women. To this day they are still used by twelve pensioners from Campden.
Across the road from the almshouses is a cart dip, for washing cartwheels.
